Menu Planning: June 1-7

Wow, it’s June already (well, almost)–holy cats!!!

So this past week saw much in the way of yummy recipe testing. Everything but the Chicken Curry got tested and we’ll be taking care of that straggler tomorrow night. We ended up going out Friday night and, then, today being a holiday and all, grilled brats and beef dogs today. Not so good for book research, but very yummy for the tummy. Though there was a cobbler tested that might find its way in 😉

Starting Wednesday, though, I’m off KP so it’s back to working on the next script. I’m debating which one to work on: the grilling chapter or the casserole/oven chapter. If I stay in sequence, it’s grilling up next, but I have a clearer idea for the casserole chapter. I’ll probably work on the latter because, after the last scripting session(s), I could use a bit of semi-instant gratification.
