    So, I made these last night!

    Double Chocolate Muffins

    Not too shabby! I don’t keep fresh milk on hand (we don’t use enough to justify keeping it in the fridge) so I used reconstituted powdered milk without issue.

    The first six I used the chocolate chips to top as directed in the recipe. The second half of the dozen, I sprinkled with demerara sugar for the topping and found that it rose more evenly instead of sinking in the center.

    They came out very yummy!
